Requirements: • Technical or university degree in Computing, Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in the following languages/tools: • Python • JavaScript (NodeJS and React optional) • Knowledge of hardware, networks, and connectivity. Responsibilities: • Multichannel Technical Support: Provide remote support to users (administrative staff and students) to resolve hardware and software incidents. • Virtual Class Management: Support the institution's virtual classes using the Zoom platform. • Process Automation: Develop and maintain tools in Python and JavaScript to optimize repetitive tasks.
