Job Summary: We are seeking a Multifunctional Technician for building and furniture maintenance, with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of various systems. Key Highlights: 1. What profile are we looking for? Technical (certified) or university-level (bachelor’s degree) education in Electricity, Maintenance, or related fields. 3 years of experience in maintenance of buildings, retail stores and/or shopping centers; furniture of educational institutions, retail stores and/or shopping centers. Solid knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance, electrical networks, sanitary networks, mechanics, electric motors and pumps, medium-voltage electrical distribution systems, elevators, air conditioning, and data networks. Availability to rotate between the San Juan de Miraflores and Villa el Salvador campuses. What will be your main responsibilities? Perform appropriate diagnostics to determine the cause and scope of required repair work. Carry out corrective repair and maintenance actions in emergency cases, requesting support when, at your discretion, tasks exceed your own capabilities. Conduct visual inspections and gather user input to understand characteristics, potential failures, frequency of occurrence, or other relevant information enabling the establishment of preventive maintenance programs. Monitor and record pending and completed maintenance actions on systems and equipment requiring general or specialized maintenance. Other duties as assigned.
