Job Objective: Provide support in food preparation and plating, as well as in kitchen cleaning and organization, while complying with established hygiene and quality standards. General Responsibilities: Assist in ingredient preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, portioning) as directed by the cook or chef. Plate dishes, salads, desserts, or other items, respecting prescribed presentation and portion sizes. Maintain a clean and organized workstation during and after service. Wash, disinfect, and organize used utensils, equipment, and surfaces. Inspect the quality and freshness of supplies prior to use. Collaborate in the receipt, storage, and labeling of products and supplies. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Assist in deep cleaning of the kitchen when required. Support kitchen staff during special events or high-demand services. Report any equipment malfunctions or supply anomalies to the head chef. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
