Hardware and software fault diagnosis and resolution We are Newport, an entertainment sector company currently seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive technical support to end users. Handle, log, and resolve incidents and requests using ITSM tools. Deliver on-site and remote support for equipment and systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults. Ensure operational continuity and adherence to service level agreements (SLA). Requirements: Completed technical degree in Computing and Informatics, Technical Support, Networks and Communications, Electronics, or related fields (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields (desirable). Minimum 2 years of experience as a TI Technical Support, Field Support, or Help Desk (N1/N2) professional. Knowledge: Microsoft Office 365. Windows 10 / 11. Linux (intermediate level). Ticket management tools (ITSM). Hardware diagnostic software. Remote support tools. We Offer: Monthly salary of S/1,730 with all statutory benefits. Opportunity for professional growth.
