




We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant with high energy and strong interpersonal skills. This position is ideal for an extroverted, friendly, and curious individual, as customers arrive daily with unique stories, watches, and situations that make the environment challenging and dynamic. Although this role encompasses various responsibilities, most are simple and repetitive. 75% of your time will be dedicated exclusively to **responding to messages** on our social media platforms and email. The remaining tasks include supporting the marketing team, interacting with customers, occasionally recording in the workshop, and assisting with posting calls for freelancers. **Job Responsibilities** * Respond to messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email. * Assist customers in-store during peak hours, delivering a warm and organized experience. * Post calls for freelancers when external support is needed (e.g., editing, design, advertising, etc.). * Support content creation using artificial intelligence tools (guided usage provided). * Participate in psychographic interviews with customers to understand motivations, profiles, and opportunities for service improvement. * Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to launch advertising campaigns. * Record processes or work in the workshop when necessary (a quick and straightforward activity). **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain an **optimal response time** across all digital platforms. * Ensure every communication reflects the brand’s quality and personality. * Properly organize and record relevant customer information and inquiries. * **Identify conversation opportunities, content ideas, and patterns in frequently asked questions.** * Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, posts, and assigned tasks. * Meet monthly interaction goals, response-time targets, and view-related metrics. **Requirements** * Excellent written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to an environment rich in diverse customer stories, profiles, and a fast-paced rhythm. * Basic knowledge of social media platforms. * Preferred: interest in digital marketing, content creation, and customer service. **Benefits** * Salary plus achievable performance-based incentives. * Continuous learning in marketing, consumer behavior, and digital community management. * A dynamic environment where new challenges and experiences arise daily. * Opportunities for growth within the marketing department. **Work Schedule** * Monday through Saturday * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Rest days on Sundays and public holidays * **Payment via honorarium receipt** Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 24 months Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
