We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant Intern **Education:** · Technical or university students in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** · Provide support in administrative tasks for the proper functioning of the office. · Issuance of quotations. · Updating the customer portfolio. · Respond to customer or supplier inquiries on various questions. · Other tasks related to the nature of the position. **Skills:** · Proactive, empathetic, persuasive, active listening, planning. · Effective and fluent communication. · Proficient in Office software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
