**Requirements:** \- Completed technical studies or completed secondary education. \- Desirable experience in plumbing, sanitary maintenance. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sanitary operator duties within maintenance roles in construction projects. \- Operation of cleaning and disinfection equipment for sanitary fixtures. \- Knowledge of safe handling of chemical products (bleach, detergents, disinfectants). \- Basic knowledge of plumbing, sewerage, and management of solid and liquid waste. \- Orientation toward safety and order in the work area. \- General knowledge of civil construction activities. \- Knowledge of porcelain finishing.
