Position Summary: Ensure material and supply availability for Alicorp's plants, maintaining optimal inventory levels aligned with operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage material supply to all plants. 2. Lead launch, relaunch, and cost-saving projects. 3. Coordinate with various departments for material management. **Date:** 28 Aug 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Ensure short-, medium-, and long-term material and packaging supply for all Alicorp plants and subsidiaries, guaranteeing product availability in required quantities and on time according to consumption requirements, while maintaining optimal inventory levels aligned with operational efficiencies. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Ensure material supply to all plants through dispatch, adjustments, and tracking of delivery plans or purchase orders. * Prepare and send consumption forecasts to local and international suppliers with a medium- and long-term planning horizon; lead follow-up meetings. * Participate in monthly Planning meetings and cross-functional team meetings for launch, relaunch, and cost-saving projects; lead such projects. * Coordinate with Marketing, Planning, and Warehousing to identify materials transitioning to obsolescence. * Determine and control stock levels maintained at warehouses and supplier sites by updating and adjusting logistical parameters for packaging and supplies in the system. * Supervise and support material management operators to ensure suppliers receive timely delivery forecasts. * Coordinate with planners and buyers to maintain and update system-managed information (requirements, provisional orders, contracts). * Propose and configure supply parameters in the system by item group, complying with company inventory guidelines, and supervise their operational execution. **What do we require from you?** --------------------------- * University Degree: Industrial Engineering / Business Administration. * Languages: Intermediate English. * Software Skills: SAP and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Relevant Experience: 5 years in similar positions.
