Our technical expertise, innovation capabilities, and highly qualified workforce enable us to ensure operational excellence across highly diverse sectors in over 65 countries. · SCHEDULE CONTROLLER - JUNIN 14x7 · What are we looking for in you? - Bachelor's degree and/or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering. - Specific experience: minimum 3 years in schedule control, progress tracking, and project control for plant shutdowns or similar projects such as ball mill projects. - General experience: minimum 2 years in industrial or mining projects. - Proficiency in MS Project, intermediate/advanced Excel, and project control tools. Proficiency in performance indicators (S-curve, HH, KPIs) - Availability to work under a 14x7 work regime. - Residence in Junín is desirable. * * What do we offer you? Monthly fixed salary. What will be your responsibilities? - Responsible for continuously developing, maintaining, and updating the project’s master schedule, ensuring its proper alignment with the service scope, contractual milestones, and operational conditions defined by the client. - Conducts ongoing physical progress tracking of scheduled activities, comparing actual versus planned progress to promptly identify deviations that may impact project delivery. - Analyzes schedule variances, evaluating causes of delays or accelerations in activity execution, and proposes corrective actions or recovery plans to ensure adherence to established deadlines. - Coordinates with various project departments and contractors to collect updated and reliable information, thereby keeping the schedule current and accurately reflected. - Prepares periodic project progress reports, including performance indicators and control tools such as the S-curve, to facilitate decision-making by supervision and the client. - Performs critical path analysis, identifying key activities that may impact contractual deadlines and proposing appropriate control measures. - Supports short-term planning, ensuring correct activity sequencing and resource availability for work execution. - Assesses the impact of scope changes, operational interferences, or project constraints on the schedule, proposing necessary adjustments. - Provides technical support during coordination meetings, presenting schedule status, progress, and deviations. - Ensures proper integration of the schedule with physical progress, productivity, and resource controls. - Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. · ¹ At Applus Norcontrol Peru, we foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, value our employees’ diversity, promote equal opportunity, and eliminate workplace discrimination. ² All applications will be considered if you are interested in joining our team. -Requirements- Minimum education: University graduate 3 years of experience Keywords: project, miner, mining, miner
