Job Summary: Operate Stacker equipment to safely transfer, stack, and unload containers, record operations, and follow established procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safe and cautious operation of container-handling equipment 2. Compliance with container handling procedures 3. Efficient transfer, stacking, and unloading of containers JOB OBJECTIVE: Operate Stackers to transfer, stack, and unload containers according to instructions received, ensuring container integrity and personnel safety in the yard, complying with company-established procedures, and recording all operations for proper container location tracking. JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Operate the Stacker machine to cautiously, safely, and reliably transfer empty containers under the guidance and instructions of the Stacker Operations Coordinator. 2. Comply with procedures, specifications, guidelines, and instructions for container transfer, stacking, and unloading. 3. Perform any other related tasks assigned within the scope of competence. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education (certificate required) * Certificate for operating container-handling equipment (Reach Stacker) * Valid Class A1 driver's license * Minimum 1 year of experience as a container-handling equipment operator (reach stacker) or similar * Willingness to work in Callao on rotating shifts * Availability to work 12-hour shifts BENEFITS: * Full payroll under the General Regime from day one (15 salaries per year) * Fixed salary: S/ 2,400 soles * 100% company-covered lunch * Family allowance of S/ 113 (for employees with children under 18 years old) * Overtime pay * Commuting allowance * Training programs * Corporate agreements Salary: S/.2,400.00 \- S/.2,530.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work rotating 12-hour shifts? * Do you hold the Certificate for operating container-handling equipment (Reach Stacker)? * Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a container-handling equipment operator (reach stacker) or similar?
