Participation in projects and customer interaction Technical Advisor – Callao **Grupo Hidráulica**, a Peruvian company with over 35 years of experience in fluid conveyance solutions, is looking to add a **Technical Advisor** to its team. We seek a candidate with an engineering or related technical education background, customer orientation, and enthusiasm for professional growth within the industrial sector. What will be your challenge? * Provide technical advice and support to customers. * Conduct technical visits and address on-site requirements. * Support the sales team during customer visits and provide technical assistance. * Inspect products and manage technical specifications and certificates. * Participate in training sessions and develop technical materials. * Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions. What are we looking for? * Education in Industrial Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related fields. * Technical degrees in related disciplines are also considered. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions or in customer service. * Knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, blueprint reading, and intermediate-level Microsoft Office. * A1 driver's license. * Availability to conduct technical visits and occasional travel.
