In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** Responsibilities * Execute processing and review of payroll (weekly and monthly for intermittent staff) * Consolidate incidents and validate information for payroll calculation * Support in the calculation of bonuses, CTS, profits, and severance payments * Review and execute reimbursement payments, vacation, advances, and loan processes * Tax filings for PLAME and AFP * Validate accounting entries and provisions * Perform accounting reconciliations * Handle occasional audits or inspections by regulatory authorities * Support the implementation of payroll improvement projects * Address general employee inquiries **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll calculation within companies with more than 1000 employees. * Solid knowledge of labor and tax regulations (essential). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (desirable). * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, or similar (essential). * Availability to work 80% remotely and 20% on-site. * Immediate availability to work for a period of 6 months. **Additional Information** * Payroll registration from day one. * EPS premium covered at 80%. * Life Insurance as per law. * Corporate agreements
