Manage the documentary and operational flow of international purchases, ensuring timely nationalization and supply of inputs through efficient coordination with the logistics chain. Requirements: Education: Final-year student in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge: Import processes, customs regulations, and intermediate Excel. Desirable: ERP system experience. Main Responsibilities: Document Management: Verify and organize import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates, and Insurance Policies). Operations Control: Track purchase orders and schedules from production to warehouse arrival. Logistics Coordination: Facilitate communication with suppliers, customs agents, shipping lines, and logistics operators. Recordkeeping and Reporting: Update internal systems and prepare cost reports, transit time analyses, and management indicators (KPIs). Expense Validation: Review freight, port service, warehousing, and local transportation invoices. Internal Support: Notify relevant departments upon goods arrival and comply with company control policies.
