




Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Analyst to manage and coordinate import processes, negotiate with international suppliers, and monitor shipments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate import processes and negotiate with suppliers. 2. Prepare and review customs documentation. 3. Monitor and report shipments and ensure product availability. A company specializing in the marketing of welding machines, laser cutting tables, and CNC equipment is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Import Analyst: Requirements: Graduate or bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, including operational coordination with Chinese suppliers. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Basic knowledge of SAP. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Courses or specialization in Customs or Foreign Trade. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate import processes according to company guidelines. Negotiate with international suppliers and finalize purchase orders. Prepare and review customs documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.). Maintain up-to-date monitoring and reporting of shipments, transit, arrival, storage, and payments. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability. Timely submission of documentation and reports to the accounting department. Support scheduled unloading and/or receipt of goods. Maintain confidentiality of information.
