Job Summary: We are seeking an Architecture Intern with interest in construction site work, quality control, and after-sales service to support supervision of finishes and construction processes. Excellent working environment **We are looking for an Architecture Intern!** At H\&B, a real estate group, we aim to welcome an Architecture Intern interested in construction site work, quality control, and after-sales service within the real estate sector. **What will you do?** * Support finish quality control on-site, inspecting items such as painting, carpentry, melamine, glass, electrical installations, and plumbing. * Conduct field inspections and document observations. * Participate in supervising construction processes related to finishes. * Assist in apartment appraisals. * Attend real estate unit handovers to clients. * Follow up on after-sales service and document observations. **What are we looking for?** * Architecture student in final academic cycles * Interest in construction site work and finishes * Basic knowledge of construction processes * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office (preferred) * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills Work Modality: On-site Location: Surco, Viú 185 Project Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Sat: 8:00 am to 1:30 pm What do we offer? * Direct hands-on experience at construction sites and client interaction * Comprehensive learning in quality control and after-sales service * Excellent working environment Apply by sending your CV to: arquitectura@hyb.pe or via WhatsApp at 924481317 through direct message.
