Responsibilities: * Coordinate with the Operations Manager on annual maintenance tasks, assigning execution dates. * Develop and monitor the GANTT chart for maintenance tasks. * Call condominium staff to attend Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training sessions. * Supervise vendor personnel during service delivery. * Conduct weekly meetings (Management Committee) with staff to review progress on assigned tasks and plan upcoming assignments. * Continuously supervise common areas and personnel under supervision to ensure timely completion of requested tasks. * Manage entry of voucher information into the system and coordinate payment processing with Treasury. * Apply appropriate disciplinary actions to personnel under supervision. * Conduct daily attendance tracking for condominium staff.
