Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Architectural Supervisor to ensure delivery of products meeting customer standards through quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and promptly report deviations We are looking for a Quality Architectural Supervisor to join our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Control and ensure the quality of project item execution, particularly regarding finishes, to guarantee product delivery meeting standards agreed upon with the customer. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Review documentation related to the project scope (architectural drawings, specialty drawings, and detail drawings) and prepare the corresponding specialty coordination report for the masonry and finishing phase. 2\. Plan quality control activities, review and update construction quality control procedures or forms to ensure the final product complies with the promised quality standards. 3\. Verify quality control of materials by comparing product and material technical data sheets against specifications in the technical file. Additionally, verify quality control of installation and assembly according to each project item. 4\. Identify and promptly communicate deviations occurring in the project to facilitate appropriate corrective actions. 5\. Contribute to weekly activity planning based on adherence to deadlines stipulated for each project item, aligned with the actual construction schedule, in coordination with the Site Resident Engineer. 6\. Request quality documentation for each completed project item for subsequent delivery to the end client. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and/or Engineering Minimum 2 years’ experience in multifamily projects of 10 floors or more.
