Implement new recruitment strategies At GMI - Gestión Minera Integral, a company dedicated to providing mining management and operations services, we are currently seeking: SELECTION ASSISTANT Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel for mining projects (job postings, resume screening, interviews, scheduling EMO, file preparation, etc.) Coordinate interviews with requesting departments to ensure personnel affiliation. Conduct follow-up and validate onboarding processes for new personnel. Implement new recruitment strategies, among other duties. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology or Human Resource Management with HR experience. Minimum 1 year of experience handling large-scale recruitment processes in the mining sector (Mandatory) Immediate availability.
