Participation in the creation of new operational excellence standards **Date:** Aug 14, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Implement and sustain operational excellence programs in assigned Supply Chain processes, applying and developing tools, lean methodologies, and world-class industrial practices; maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement. **What will you do in your role?** ------------------------- * Implement operational excellence models in Supply Chain processes. * Execute role confirmation and maturity assessments for operational excellence in assigned Supply Chain processes. * Manage tracking, control, and documentation of identified savings initiatives in the assigned process. * Promote adherence to the operational excellence roadmap across each Supply Chain process. * Participate in implementing targeted improvements to reduce losses in safety, quality, and productivity management of assigned processes. * Implement and train on world-class methodologies such as 5S, SMED, TPM, 6S, Lean Logistics, etc., in Supply Chain processes. * Conduct industrial management audits in Supply Chain and review compliance with management system standards. * Participate in the creation and design of improvements for new Supply Chain operational excellence standards. * Understand, apply, and promote compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards according to the company’s management systems and applicable legal regulations, with a holistic view of the entire process chain. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma or specialization in Production, Maintenance, or Continuous Improvement processes. * Certification in Lean Manufacturing / Logistics tools. * Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, SMED, TPM, etc. * Lean Six Sigma certification. * Diploma or specialization in Project Management methodologies. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level PowerPoint proficiency. * SAP production module experience, preferred.
