Monitor and control vehicles transporting customer goods via the GPS satellite system to ensure effective cargo tracking to their destinations. Additionally, promptly detect and respond to criminal acts—including thefts, attempted thefts, incidents, or accidents—that endanger personnel, cargo, and/or company assets. · What are we looking for? Graduate of the armed forces or completion of technical studies in computing or administration. One year of experience as a GPS operator or monitor at a cargo transportation company with more than 50 units. Training in Loss Prevention (desirable). Basic-level Microsoft Excel proficiency. Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in Gambetta, Callao. · What challenges will you face with us? Perform daily verification of service scheduling for all customer dispatches. Validate the GPS functionality of transport units assigned to cargo services prior to each service commencement. Track transport units via GPS starting one hour before the scheduled time. Maintain and record custodies (vehicle or custodian) for sensitive operations, verifying names and license plates of assigned vehicles. Email real-time status updates of customer cargo every 30 and 60 minutes. Randomly monitor deviations from planned routes, speed violations, and unauthorized stops. Maintain communication with coordinators, drivers of owned and/or third-party transport regarding incidents occurring during transit. Ensure adherence to security protocols for cargo transportation. Submit weekly operational statistics—including service assignments to transport coordinators and weekly incident reports—each weekend. Conduct shift handover with instructions from the outgoing shift, reporting service updates. · Which competencies do we value? Punctuality. Teamwork. Commitment.
