




Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Assistant or Settlement Officer to validate documents, process payroll settlements, ensure invoice reconciliation, and support logistics and warehouse operations. Payroll enrollment from the first day REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a Dispatch Assistant or Settlement Officer, with knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations. Proficiency in basic office software. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. Residence in areas adjacent to Cercado de Lima, San Miguel, Breña, or Pueblo Libre. Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and validate documents for scheduled units. Process payroll settlements and verify physical return of goods (rejections, returns, or partial deliveries). Report errors and incidents in settlement reports. Validate and report invoices related to loss, damage, or other incidents. Track the processing of compliance for settled payrolls. Report events and progress to supervisors and department heads. Ensure accurate reconciliation of cash invoices against collected amounts. Support dispatch, counting, and reconciliation of merchandise packages. BENEFITS: Payroll enrollment from the first day.
