Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Press Operator with expertise in industrial machinery and metalworking to ensure operational efficiency and production quality. Key Highlights: 1. Inclusive hiring policy and equal opportunity policy We are currently looking for a Press Operator REQUIREMENTS: Completed technical studies (mandatory) Knowledge of METROLOGY (mandatory). Experience operating industrial machinery (pneumatic and hydraulic). Experience in metalworking companies. Experience working rotating shifts. Residence in areas adjacent to Lima Cercado and Callao preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for calibrating and adjusting the press. Coordinating corrective or preventive maintenance to ensure line operability. Ensuring proper operation of deep-drawing machines. Executing die changes according to production schedules and manufacturing standards. Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure production quality. Accurately completing Production Control and Downtime Reports, as well as Manufacturing Process Control Sheets. Maintaining order and cleanliness across the entire production line.
