Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in food manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and control of production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of GMP compliance in the plant 2. Control of raw material and input receipt 3. Preparation of quality reports and indicators Quality Assurance Analyst – Food Manufacturing Plant – Ti-Cay S.R.L., Food Processor We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in food manufacturing plants, focused on strict compliance with sanitary regulations and control of production processes. APPLICANTS NOT ELIGIBLE: Applicants without experience in food manufacturing plants Candidates lacking knowledge of HACCP and GMP Individuals unavailable for rotating shifts Essential Requirements: Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in food manufacturing plants (MANDATORY) Knowledge and application of HACCP, GMP, and SSOP Proficiency in quality controls throughout production processes Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho Campoy Availability for rotating shifts Main Responsibilities: Supervise GMP compliance in the plant (personnel and processes). Control receipt of raw materials and inputs. Release of in-process and finished products. Basic microbiological control in the plant (per procedures). Verification of cleaning and disinfection in production areas. Preparation of quality reports and indicators. Training of operational staff on quality-related topics.
