A national heavy cargo and merchandise transportation company operating via land routes is seeking personnel for the position of **SYSTEMS MANAGER** **FUNCTIONS** 1\. Responsible for verifying the proper condition and operation of office and branch computer equipment. 2\. Responsible for managing and updating the software required for correct use of the company's computers. 3\. Perform backups of office and branch machines every fifteen days. 4 . Experience in programming and ERP. 5\. Provide ongoing training to staff on computer systems and installations performed on machines. 6\. Responsible for updating users' email storage capacity. 7\. Manage administration of social media platforms, including the company website, Facebook, among others. 8\. Responsible for providing support, coordinating user requests and observations regarding the SIDIGE ERP system. 9\. Provide support to staff on the GPS system. 10\. Regularly propose improvements to the company in areas related to systems, social media, and documentation. 11\. Support the development of IT solutions. 12\. Provide general support related to hardware, software, and peripherals for laptops, computers, and printers within the organization. 13\. Maintain control and appropriate presentation of documentation for vehicles and drivers. 14\. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring documentation control for personnel/drivers and vehicle units: · Manage criminal background checks · Manage police background checks · PBIP courses · Port Security course · Induction and access passes to warehouses · Port access passes · Upload SCTR documents to warehouses and/or ports · Monitor validity of SOAT insurance for vehicles · Technical inspections · Updated circulation cards, among others · Driver’s DNI expiration dates · Driver’s license expiration dates · Monitor driver demerit points with MTC · Manage the printer and coordinate with the supplier regarding any malfunctions that may arise Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation on the company’s cloud platform 15\. Responsible for security and management of surveillance cameras at the office and branch 16\. Address, coordinate, and resolve internet-related issues at the office and branch 17\. Update client information (drivers and vehicle units) 18\. Create GPS users for clients 19\. Responsible for passing audits and/or recertification of the area’s BASC certification 20\. Provide continuous support to Operations, Maintenance, and Administration departments 21\. Other duties as assigned by Management **REQUIREMENTS:** 1\. Minimum three years’ experience in this role or similar positions. 2\. Degree holder, bachelor’s degree, graduate, or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3\. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other specialized software. 4\. Disciplined, organized, honest, and punctual. 5\. Ability to work effectively under pressure. 6\. Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao or Ventanilla. 7\. Immediate availability. 8\. First three months on a contract basis (RxH); thereafter, transition to payroll. 9\.
