Ability to solve problems under pressure **Silva Elevadores Group SAC** — A Peruvian company with over 25 years of experience in elevator and escalator installation, modernization, and maintenance, is seeking an **Elevator Emergency Technician** for immediate response to malfunctions. **Responsibilities:** · Respond promptly to emergency calls related to elevator failures or entrapments. · Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, prioritizing response times. · Travel efficiently between various locations across Lima according to service site requirements. · Coordinate with the central dispatch team and the client during emergency response. · Prepare a technical report for each intervention. **Requirements:** · Technical degree in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator maintenance/repair (mandatory). · **Valid motorcycle driver's license** (mandatory). · In-depth knowledge of Lima’s roads and traffic conditions to ensure rapid mobility. · Ability to solve problems under pressure and within tight timeframes. · Availability for rotating shifts / emergency on-call duty. **We Offer:** · Formal employment registration from day one. * Competitive market-based salary (S/ 2,000 – S/ 2,300\), commensurate with experience and certifications. · Assigned motorcycle and/or transportation for service use. · Continuous training and job stability. **Work Modality:** On-site / Full-time — Lima Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,300\.00 per month Work Location: Regular travel required
