We seek responsible, dynamic individuals eager to learn and who enjoy working in a restaurant and Japanese kitchen environment. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in kitchen or sushi bar support (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Speed, organization, and cleanliness in the work area. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible, proactive, and motivated by professional growth. **Responsibilities:** * Assist itamaes in preparing ingredients for making maki and other dishes. * Perform cutting and portioning of ingredients according to established standards. * Maintain the sushi bar and preparation area clean and organized. * Support restocking of supplies during operations. * Adhere to food hygiene and safety procedures. * Collaborate with the team to ensure fast, high-quality service. **Schedule:** * Shift: Afternoon – Night * Approximate hours: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * 1 day off per week **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Meals * Positive work environment * Ongoing training * Growth opportunities **Work Location:** Miraflores – Lima Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
