Opportunity for career progression and expanding your professional network Our client, a major Peruvian company expanding nationally and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Payroll Analyst** on a temporary replacement basis. What are the main responsibilities? * Supervision of the preparation and validation of social benefits settlements. * Preparation of the biweekly bonus, commission, and reimbursement consolidation report for payment processing. * Preparation, validation, and submission of PLAME, AFP, EsSalud, and subsidy schedules. * Preparation, validation, and submission of monthly provision schedules (Bonus, CTS, and vacation provisions). * End-of-month payroll preparation, CTS, and Bonus calculation (absenteeism deductions, HHEE consolidation, end-of-month income and deductions). * End-of-month reporting and validation (vacations, subsidies, Fifth Category Income Tax, and family allowances). What are we looking for? * Professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields focused on payroll management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in payroll management indicators, intermediate-to-advanced MS Office, Cash Net, Power Query, and HR management applications or technological tools. * A leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual. What are the employment conditions? * On-site work at the office located in Lince. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 remotely. * Full statutory payroll registration with all legally mandated benefits. * Temporary contract of 4–6 months.
