Responsibilities Manage recruitment sources and social media. Create and maintain partnerships with public and private institutions Handle recruitment and selection processes (target profile: intangible sales) Support in onboarding and monitoring new staff Use management tools for personnel document archiving Other duties related to the position Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection processes Proficiency in personnel selection tools and techniques Immediate availability for on-site work in San Isidro Graduate or partial graduate in Organizational Psychology (not mandatory) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva We Offer Excellent work environment Teamwork Continuous learning Fixed salary Formal employment with all statutory benefits Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: In person
