Job Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to prepare drawings, assist in project drafting, and maintain organized digital drawing files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare drawings requested by the Projects Manager. 2. Assist in drafting drawings for various installations and components. 3. Conduct rendered 3D virtual tours. Requirements: * University student in the final cycles or graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in this position. * Proficient in Microsoft Office at the user level. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of: AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, LUMION, MS PROJECT, and structural and sanitary plans. What challenges will I face? * Prepare drawings requested by the Projects Manager. * Support other project areas with drafting tasks, subject to approval by the Projects Manager. * Maintain organized digital archives of completed drawings. * Determine the number and layout of required drawings. * Assist in drafting drawings for: electrical and electronic installations, piping details, mechanical parts, machinery assemblies, and others. * Prepare area schedules for architectural projects. * Conduct rendered 3D virtual tours.
