




Position Summary: A professional with administrative experience managing commercial, logistics, and tendering processes while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluation of demand requirements and management of public and private tender processes. 2. Client communication and contract follow-up to ensure satisfaction. 3. Procurement management, quotation handling, and delivery tracking with suppliers. REQUIREMENTS: TECHNICIAN OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Commercial: \- Evaluation of demand requirements via SEACE or invitations to private procurement processes. \- Review and understanding of Terms of Reference (TDR) or technical specifications for bidding processes. \- Quotation preparation for public and private tenders and competitions, including cost structure development and submission, as well as collection of required information. \- Client communication to follow up on active contracts, ensuring service satisfaction per established standards. \- Drafting of administrative documents and emails. \- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. \*Logistics: \- Procurement management, supplier quotations, and preparation of tracking guides. \- Development of delivery schedules based on frequency or need. \- Monitoring of purchases and verification of compliance with requirements specified by the requesting department. \- Control and organization of completed purchases.
