We are currently seeking a proactive, organized individual with excellent personal presentation and strong professional adaptability to join our warehouse department. Requirements * Technical studies in Nursing, Logistics, Pharmacy, Administration, or related fields (PREFERRED). * Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, pharmacy assistant, logistics assistant, or warehouse assistant (PREFERRED). * Experience in inventory management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities * Record merchandise receipts and shipments using an ERP system. * Prepare merchandise dispatch letters. * Register, analyze, review, classify, and conduct quarterly merchandise inventory. * Perform packaging and preparation of merchandise. * Invoice products dispatched from the warehouse via the ERP system. * Maintain order and document control within the department. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
