Professional growth opportunities. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **PA.PERU**, a company recognized for excellence in Engineering, Construction, and Infrastructure projects — including civil, mining, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and natural gas — is continuously seeking top talent; therefore, we are currently looking for a **Civil Operator in Callao.** **What profile are we seeking?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience in the construction sector or electrical field. * No criminal or police records. * Certificates verifying work experience (mandatory). * Experience in sidewalk repair (mandatory). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Performing construction and masonry tasks including patching and replacement of sidewalks, sidewalk polishing, concrete pavement patching, asphalt paving, replacement of special cobblestone and stone-grit sidewalks, sidewalk and curb formwork, column formwork, and grass/turf replacement — all in compliance with technical specifications and regulations. * Ensuring final work finishes meet quality standards. * Executing tasks efficiently and within the shortest possible timeframe. * Receiving and effectively managing required quantities of cement and aggregates for the project. * Operating various work equipment responsibly — including floodlights, angle grinders, circular saws, rotary hammers, cutters, plate compactors, mixers, generators, etc. — to fulfill the work plan. * Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What benefits do we offer?** * Enrollment under the General Payroll Regime. * Mobility bonus. * Ongoing training programs. * Working alongside a team eager to share knowledge and challenges. * A highly dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Growth opportunities. * Being part of a renowned organization. **Position Details:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; alternating Saturdays (work one Saturday, skip the next). * Location: Canta, Callao.
