Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Assistant to manage merchandise, inventory, and document incoming/outgoing items in the medical sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Group is a company dedicated to the importation, commercialization, and distribution of medical materials and supplies for clinics, hospitals, and health-sector-related institutions. We are currently seeking a proactive, organized individual with excellent personal presentation and strong professional performance to join our warehouse department. Requirements * Technical studies in Nursing, Logistics, Pharmacy, Administration, or related fields (PREFERRED). * Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, pharmacy assistant, logistics assistant, or warehouse assistant (PREFERRED). * Experience in inventory management. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. Responsibilities * Register merchandise receipts and shipments using an ERP system. * Prepare merchandise dispatch letters. * Record, analyze, review, classify, and conduct quarterly merchandise inventory. * Perform packaging and preparation of merchandise. * Invoice products prepared from the warehouse via the ERP system. * Maintain order and documentary control of the area. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
