Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant for a solid waste company, responsible for material sorting and handling, stacking, unstacking, and packaging, in a physically demanding role. Key Highlights: 1. Permanent use of PPEs and physically demanding work. 2. Perform tasks involving continuous walking and lifting weights. 3. Handling, sorting, stacking, and unstacking of waste and materials. Solid waste operating company. We are looking for top talent to fill the PRODUCTION ASSISTANT position meeting the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS Completed secondary education. Possession of Certijoven / adult certification (Mandatory). Availability to work in Ventanilla and reside in nearby areas (Mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (Assistant / Operator) (Mandatory). SCHEDULE: Monday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS: Permanent use of PPEs. Physically demanding work position. Work requires physical effort. Perform tasks involving several hours of walking per day to carry out all assigned duties and lift specified, regulated, but continuous loads. Handling and sorting of waste. Stacking and unstacking of materials onto trucks and containers. Responsible for supporting waste packaging for loading. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
