Support in standardization and technical documentation HOLampert is a metal-mechanical company with 25 years of experience in the market, serving Peru's major ports. We are looking for an intern for the Production Department. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct time studies on production processes (lathe, milling machine, CNC, welding, assembly, etc.). * Collect on-site data regarding standard times, idle times, and bottlenecks. * Develop and update productivity indicators. * Analyze deviations between planned and actual times. * Propose improvements to work methods aimed at optimizing time and resources. * Support preparation of reports for the Production Department. * Support process standardization and technical documentation. * Maintain up-to-date databases in Excel or other control systems. * Support continuous improvement projects within the department. REQUIREMENTS: * Mechanical Engineering student (7th semester or later). * Metal-mechanical manufacturing processes * Reading of engineering drawings * Time and motion studies * Management indicators (productivity KPIs) * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts) * Basic knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is desirable.
