Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and control refrigerated equipment repairs at the plant 2. Coordinate and manage inspection and maintenance services 3. Manage operational staff and coordinate with production At ZGROUP, we are looking for top talent to join us as a **TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Electricity, Mechanics, Maintenance, Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar positions * Experience managing operational staff **What challenges will I face?** * Supervise and control refrigerated equipment repairs at the plant * Coordinate and manage inspection, repair, and maintenance services with the technical department * Verify project status compliance to ensure timely completion according to scheduled deadlines. * Schedule and administer required work or services for associated production lines related to repairs * Generate and issue service reports, supervising and controlling proper completion of service forms * Coordinate with the production department at the appropriate time for technical department intervention on the production line. * Record and track issuance and return of tools for operational staff. * Provide support to company operations. * Other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Job stability * Immediate payroll enrollment * Market-competitive salary.
