Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Supervisor with experience in electricity, mechanics, or engineering to supervise repairs, coordinate services, and manage refrigeration equipment projects. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Electricity, Mechanics, Maintenance, Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar positions * Experience managing operational staff What challenges will I face? * Supervise and control refrigeration equipment repairs at the plant * Coordinate and manage inspection, repair, and maintenance services with the technical department * Verify project status compliance to ensure timely completion as scheduled. * Schedule and administer required work or services for associated production lines related to repairs * Generate and issue service reports, supervising and ensuring correct completion of service forms * Coordinate with the production department at the appropriate time for technical department intervention on the production line * Record and track operational staff tool assignments and returns * Provide support to company operations * Other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
