We are seeking a Textile Production Supervisor with leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset to manage cutting, sewing, garment assembly, embroidery, finishing, and quality control operations.

We seek a candidate with experience in the textile industry, strong leadership abilities, and a results-driven approach to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, productivity targets, and delivery timelines.
JOB OBJECTIVE
Supervise and manage textile production operations by coordinating and optimizing **cutting, preparation, sewing, garment assembly, embroidery, finishing, and quality control** processes—ensuring efficient resource utilization, minimizing rework and waste, and promoting continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in **Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration**, or related fields.
* Specialization in **quality, garment assembly, or textile production**.
* Minimum **2 years of experience as a Plant or Production Supervisor in the textile industry**.
* Experience and knowledge of **cutting, sewing, garment assembly, and finishing** processes.
* Knowledge of **line balancing and production control**.
* Experience in **quality control and garment auditing**.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
* Intermediate English (desirable).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan, schedule, and supervise daily and weekly production according to requirements and delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate and allocate workloads across **cutting, preparation, sewing, garment assembly, embroidery, and finishing** departments.
* Ensure compliance with production schedules and established objectives.
* Monitor production progress and implement corrective actions in response to deviations or delays.
* Identify and manage bottlenecks affecting production flow.
* Supervise production line and equipment performance.
* Analyze productivity per operator, line, and process.
* Conduct line balancing to optimize task and resource allocation.
* Propose improvements to reduce idle time and increase productive capacity.
* Supervise compliance with quality standards and reduce defects and rework.
* Coordinate with the Quality Department for final product release.
* Verify availability of fabrics, trims, supplies, and materials required to meet production schedules.
* Coordinate timely procurement with Warehouse, Purchasing, and other relevant departments.
* Monitor material consumption and detect variances or waste.
* Supervise, organize, and assign production staff activities.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve productivity and quality goals.
* Coordinate staff training and coaching on processes and procedures.
* Track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.4,000.00 per month
