Requirements: * 2 years of experience in corporate, institutional, or brand communications. * Experience conducting interviews with leaders, clients, or specialists. * Experience in planning, producing, hosting, or coordinating podcasts. * Experience producing audiovisual content for social media and digital platforms. * Experience managing communication campaigns and creating content. * Proficiency in AI-powered tools. * Graphic designer. * Effective communication and results-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities: * Design and implement the communications plan. * Identify compelling stories within the organization. * Plan, coordinate, and conduct interviews. * Develop scripts for podcast videos, TikTok, institutional videos, or other formats. * Coordinate podcast production. * Record and edit audiovisual content. * Create communication and advertising materials for social media. * Coordinate photo sessions and recordings. * Cover institutional events. * Manage content publication on digital platforms. * Analyze content performance metrics. * Coordinate with agencies or vendors as needed. * Support communication and marketing campaigns. * Draft press releases, announcements, and newsletters. * Maintain the organization’s visual identity and communication tone. * Knowledge of graphic design. * Knowledge of AI-based image and video generation. Technical Knowledge: * Interview techniques. * Storytelling and journalistic writing. * Podcast production and editing. * Audiovisual production (video recording and editing). * Knowledge of digital content photography. * Social media management. * Knowledge of KPIs. * Copywriting. * Internal and external communication. * Branding and brand positioning. * Event organization and audiovisual coverage. * Experience using AI tools.
