Job Summary: We are seeking a Rewinding Operator with agility, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure in a flexographic environment, performing tasks such as verification, identification, and packaging of rolls. Market-aligned compensation **JOIN LABEL PERÚ S.A.C.!** **A flexographic company is currently seeking to fill the position of** **REWINDING OPERATOR** **EDUCATION:** · Completed secondary education; incomplete or completed technical education. **KNOWLEDGE:** · Knowledge of the graphic or printing industry (desirable). · Knowledge of flexography (desirable). **EXPERIENCE:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in the graphic industry or related fields (desirable, not mandatory). · Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts. · Availability to work HHEE. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Verify production orders. · Achieve production targets. · Position rolls and labels according to order specifications. · Identify raw materials specified in the order (self-adhesive, adhesive, plastic, etc.). · Wind rolls according to customer order quantity. · Assign order codes. · Verify waste quantity, size, and material. · Package or seal rolls. · Label boxes with a sample of the original roll and deliver them to dispatch. · Perform other duties assigned by the Plant Manager and/or supervisor within the scope of competence. · Preference for candidates residing in areas near Callao. **WE OFFER:** · Join a strong team with growth potential. · Market-aligned compensation based on experience. · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am \- 6:00 pm, 48 hours per week / rotating shifts. · Availability for paid HHEEE work.
