Identify and implement process improvements **Job Description** We need a Purchasing Assistant for spare parts and services at our food production plant in Lurín, to join our dynamic team. Work will be carried out in a collaborative and creative environment where excellence and innovation are valued in every creation. Your main responsibilities will be: Quote and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms (price, delivery time, and payment method). Issue and track domestic and import purchase orders. Develop weekly domestic and international procurement plans. Monitor the status of domestic purchases (in transit, delivered, or pending). Identify and implement process improvements. **Requirements:** Legal age Completed studies in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
