**POSITION OBJECTIVE**
Lead plant operations to ensure productive efficiency, food safety, achievement of production targets, and profitability. Supervise frying, seasoning, packaging, maintenance, and logistics processes.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* **Production:** Supervise daily production plan execution, monitoring frying parameters (temperature, oil absorption), seasoning, and packaging. Implement continuous improvement (Lean, 5S) to optimize OEE.
* **Food Safety and Quality:** Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and metal detector management. Guarantee final product organoleptic quality.
* **Maintenance:** Manage preventive maintenance of critical equipment (fryers, packaging machines, slicers) to minimize unplanned downtime.
* **Logistics:** Coordinate seasonal raw material procurement (potatoes, bananas) and supervise shipments to meet OTIF requirements.
* **Leadership:** Lead production, maintenance, and quality teams (supervisors, operators). Train staff on safety and food safety.
* **Costs:** Control operational budget, raw material yield, oil consumption, and waste.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* **Education:** Industrial, Food, or Mechanical Engineering degree.
* **Experience:** Minimum 4 years in supervisory or deputy management roles within the **snack, fried foods, or processed food industry**.
* **Knowledge:** HACCP, GMP, frying processes, nitrogen-flushed packaging, ERP systems (SAP, Odoo), OEE, OTIF, and yield metrics.
* **Skills:** Team leadership, decision-making under pressure, results orientation.
