Founded over a decade ago, we specialize in training bilingual and bicultural individuals to become professional healthcare interpreters and prepare them for national medical interpreter certification. We are currently seeking a **Bilingual Program Assistant** to join our team in Lima. This position will support the day\-to\-day operations of our educational programs for an initial period of **three months**, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. **Apply today** **Responsibilities:** * Answer calls and give information about Medical Healthcare Interpreter Training. * Help to keep track of the student enrollment log. * Assist with Bilingual Assessments (coordinate with the candidates and assessor to set up a date for the bilingual assessment, email and save the results) * Help with class enrollments (create users, email the course materials) * Support students throughout the course. * Manage support inbox * Help the instructor during class time. * Keep track of students’ assignments. * Support Program Manager on needed tasks. **Requirements:** * Fully bilingual (Spanish \- English) * Customer Service experience (1\-year minimum) * High School diploma * Able to start working between (M\-F) between 10:30 am – 11:30 am until 7:30 pm – 10 pm (depending on the time in the U.S) **(Paid extra hours)** * Available to occasionally work 4 hours on Saturdays **(Paid extra hours)** **Nice to have:** * Graduated in translation and interpreting studies. **Skills:** * Technology savvy * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Enjoys talking with people (in English). * Attention to detail. * Organized and able to multitask. * Strong verbal \& written communication skills. **Other information:** * Office located in Santiago de Surco * On\-site position * S/1800 \- S/2300 **SOLES** (according to experience) * We work during Peruvian holidays except on Peruvian Independence Day, and Thursday and Friday of holy week.
