Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Industrial Technician to provide technical support to customers, diagnose failures, and perform maintenance on industrial equipment. We seek a proactive, responsible, and highly motivated Industrial Technician eager to learn, who will provide technical support to our client portfolio and assist the sales department. This is a fully on-site position and includes continuous training on our industrial machinery and equipment, offering opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to the client portfolio, ensuring prompt and efficient service. * Diagnose faults, repair, and maintain industrial equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on coding equipment, both at the client’s facility and in our workshop. * Support the sales team with technical information to help close prospective deals. * Prepare technical reports documenting diagnoses, maintenance activities, and repairs performed on serviced equipment. **Requirements** * Technical graduate in Mechatronics or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in technical support, maintenance, or repair of industrial equipment. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
