Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Metal Mechanical Operator who is proactive and responsible, proficient in operating machinery, capable of making decisions, and able to work effectively in teams within production processes. We are currently seeking an Operator with experience in metal mechanical companies, skilled in operating and mastering the following equipment: bending machines, shearing machines, folding machines, and tube/profile rolling machines, among others, to join our team. We seek a candidate skilled in cutting, bending, rolling, and interpreting engineering drawings, as well as possessing sound judgment for decision-making in production processes. Proactivity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential. You must work with precision and efficiency, ensuring each component meets established quality standards. Additionally, it is advantageous to possess the ability to determine service pricing based on market conditions, considering production time, materials, and job complexity. Your capacity to make quick and accurate decisions will be critical to success in this role. Likewise, punctuality, commitment, and responsibility in fulfilling duties are highly valued. Teamwork capability and effective communication are fundamental for strong performance within the department.
