Position Summary: We are seeking a Management Analyst - Industrial Engineer to supervise internal platforms, coordinate process improvements, and generate reports. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in internal communication and data analysis. 2. Focus on process improvement and agreement tracking. 3. Generation of reports and indicators for management. At Recreativos Fargo, we are looking for a **Management Analyst \- Industrial Engineer** REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Industrial Engineering (Mandatory) * Experience in internal communication and data analysis (minimum 3 years) RESPONSIBILITIES * Daily review of company platforms. * Creation of user accounts for new employees on company platforms. * Monitoring of communication flow among employees. * Review and timely follow-up of requests submitted via platforms. * Tracking compliance with agreements recorded on platforms. * Generation of control reports and indicators requested by management. * Convening and participating in meetings requested by management. * On-site supervision of various business units, upon request from management, and submission of corresponding reports. * Coordination with departments and business units for implementation of process improvements and respective follow-up. CONSIDERATIONS * Immediate availability * Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
