Responsibilities Support in ingredient preparation (mise en place) Cleaning and washing of utensils and tableware Maintaining constant order in the kitchen area Compliance with GMP and hygiene standards Support in dispatch and basic inventory control of supplies Here, everyone contributes—from operational to technical tasks. Cleanliness is part of the quality standard.
