Kitchen Assistant and Waiter

Description

Job Summary: Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, making juices and beverages, and maintaining hygiene in the work area and utensils. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of ingredients and assistance in plating. 2. Preparation of natural juices and beverages according to recipes. 3. Maintenance of hygiene and organization in the work area. KITCHEN ASSISTANT/JUICE BAR ATTENDANT * Chop, cut, peel, and portion ingredients as instructed by the chef. * Prepare simple bases and assist in plating. * Prepare natural juices and beverages according to established recipes. * Keep the juice preparation area, as well as utensils and equipment, clean and organized. * Wash dishes, cutlery, glasses, and utensils used during service. * Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and ensure utensils are available for operations. * Keep the workspace, cutting boards, tables, and equipment clean. * Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene protocols. * Notify the supervisor when supplies are running low or when products nearing expiration are identified. * Organize supplies in refrigerated chambers and on shelves according to established order. * Assist the chef or kitchen supervisor as required during service. * Comply with food safety regulations and proper use of PPE. IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY RESIDE IN LA COLONIAL\-CALLAO OR SURROUNDING AREAS.
