Participation in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns **JOIN OUR TEAM!** S\&M Occupational Clinic is currently seeking an **Occupational Physiotherapist** to join our occupational health team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with specialization in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.** * **Minimum 1 year of experience delivering physical or occupational therapy services.** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and service orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support for the institution’s comprehensive occupational health management. * Conduct musculoskeletal assessments (initial, periodic, and follow-up) for staff. * Deliver training on ergonomics and proper postural practices. * Develop muscle-strengthening programs for employees. * Monitor and follow up with staff diagnosed with MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders). * Apply physical rehabilitation treatments and techniques based on professional assessment. * Participate in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns. * Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Perform other duties assigned by the Occupational Physician and the SIG and/or HR departments. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Work location: Callao (Faucett, Gambetta, and Despro Plant). * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Availability to travel between different sites within the district. * Immediate availability. * Positive work environment. **APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS** Interested candidates may apply or send their CV via WhatsApp: **934 188 904**.
