We operate two cafés in Lima and are seeking a: Senior Pastry Assistant – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Pastry, we value tradition and attention to detail. If you are passionate about baking, here you won’t just work—you’ll also learn artisanal pastry techniques that have accompanied us for over 30 years. Key responsibilities: - Preparation of doughs and bases for cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and alfajores. - Preparation of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. - Assembling, baking, and decorating cakes and desserts. - Processing and rounding doughs; preparing frostings, creams, and fillings. - Assembling sweet and savory orders (sandwiches, coffee, supermarkets). - Coating and decorating nougats and special products. - Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or pastry shop (mandatory). - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy.
